Standard Place to Work
Pros
Provide a lot of food if you work in the main office. No management, you won't be micromanaged or even managed at all. Generally nice chaps, you can have a conversation and banter with anybody. Nice kitchen Pool table
Cons
No support network No SLA'S OLE'S that they hold you accountable for Management/Higherups take weeks to action/respond to anything No HR No bonus No monthly 1 to 1 sessions No training, or qualifications provided on the job during work time No progression Loads of nepotism- they only promote or make up new roles to those who have either been there a long time or they are very friendly with. Promotions are not based on skill or work ethic unless you are working in the Field Team If you are unhappy, instead of dealing with the issue at hand, they re-locate you or give you a different role Low pay for the work you do compare to other companies similar size The majority of the company is white men, there are barely any women. Gatekeep information and tell you to "Google it" or "Figure it out"
