      Decent pay, some really good managers, interesting products, vmware culture and benefits are great

      Cons

      Heavily siloed, constant restructuring and poor upper management make planning and execution really difficult, morale is very low

      Culture, the people are very kind and willing to help, the campus is beautiful, work-life balance is good

      Cons

      All of the employees here are a bit senior for a relatively young(ish) tech company, they have a huge proportion of contractors in relation to full-time positions
