Pros

- 100% Remote - Generous PTO Policy (Year 1-2: 2 weeks, Year 3-4: 3 weeks, Years 5+: 4 weeks; in addition, all employees start with 10 personal and sick days) - $200 Monthly Stipend for WFH - Interesting, challenging projects - Family Atmosphere - I get to work with the most intelligent people on a daily basis

Cons

- No 401k Matching (but working on it) - Some healthcare options are expensive - I have several clients that I've built a strong, positive relationship with, but not every client is easy to work with.

Pros

Great culture of continuous learning. CEO prioritizes developing the knowledge and skills of all employees. No matter where you are in your career you will learn from the best in the business and build valuable skills here. Great colleagues. Feels like family.

Cons

For me, any downside to working here is the same for any consulting agency. It's tough work. Not for everybody.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on Glassdoor. Your feedback is invaluable to us as it helps in our ongoing efforts to create a better work environment and a stronger, more cohesive team. Valuing the Positives Firstly, I'm heartened to hear your positive remarks about our remote work environment, the caliber of our colleagues, the friendly atmosphere, and our flexible work hours. We are proud of these aspects and continuously strive to uphold and improve. Understanding the Concerns Regarding your concerns about team disconnect and our approach to layoffs, particularly around the holiday season, I want you to know that we hear you. These decisions are among the most challenging we face as an organization and are not taken lightly. We understand their impact on our team members and the company culture. The Challenge of Transparency Your point about transparency is well-taken and something we grapple with. In situations like layoffs, we are often caught between being as open as possible and maintaining a stable and calm work environment while making final decisions. Our intention is never to cause panic or uncertainty among our team. However, we recognize that our approach may have led to feelings of suddenness and lack of preparation. Our Commitment to Improvement We are committed to improving how we handle these delicate situations. We will strive to find a better balance between transparency and ensuring that the information we share is accurate and finalized to avoid unnecessary stress. We are learning from this experience and will take steps to enhance our communication strategies, ensuring they are both compassionate and prudent. Open to Ongoing Dialogue Thank you again for your candid feedback. We look forward to continuing the dialogue and encouraging you or any team member to reach out directly with further thoughts, concerns, or suggestions. Together, we can navigate these challenges and foster a more robust, resilient Pedowitz Group.

Pros

• In most cases, employees work from home which allows for flexible hours and a better work and home life balance. • TPG is full of incredibly smart individuals always willing to assist or teach you new skills. • TPG is transparent with their goals. • There is a lot of opportunity to grow professionally via certifications and on going education. • TPG is supportive of employees who wish to learn other areas of the business. Those who might want to explore other roles within different departments are given paths to do so. • The people who work at TPG are great! TPG has done an excellent job hiring the best of the best and in many cases work feels more like a family environment. You will never feel like a number working here. • TPG challenges their employees to grow making it near impossible to feel complacent in your role.

Cons

• Benefits are lacking. Leadership is well aware of this and is actively working to improve benefits.

Thank you for taking the time to share! We are glad you have been satisfied with your time here and the opportunities to grow your career. We continue to improve our benefits and we now feel we have one of the best PTO programs anywhere. 2 Weeks of company shut down, 3 day weekend every month, lots of personal days and 2 days off every year to support the charity of your choice.
