there is nothing to write here, even giving one star to them is injustice. rating should be in minus (-ve).

Cons

well, i can write 4 books on this. first of all their is no work. managers are immature. their full time task is to write good reviews about themselves. I bet even one positive review posted here is not a genuine one. these people think that humans are machines and they can not make errors and if they do then they are worthless. they think all their employees are worthless. hire and fire is something that they are best at, other than pointing out all your small mistakes. they treat their office boys very badly, sometimes raise hands at them.

As a coder I learnt a lot at Technousa. As I got to work in many programming languages and learn new tools therefore it helped me to move quite fast in my career growth. I learnt a lot under Sunny Pushye who is great at leading the projects in an agile way. He knows exactly how much time a certain programming task will take and breaks down bigger task into small tasks of few hours each. At times a lot of pressure mounts as tasks are to be delivered regularly but this develops your interest over time and helped me a lot to grow. Company appreciates highly for the resources who knows how to deliver tasks with good efficiency.

Cons

No cons as such for me but can be common cons for some like No Cab etc.

I have been working as a business analyst and the projects I am working are very interesting. Sunny Pushye is a great guy and is very involved in project from start till end and keeps the team motivated.
