there is nothing to write here, even giving one star to them is injustice. rating should be in minus (-ve).
Cons
well, i can write 4 books on this. first of all their is no work. managers are immature. their full time task is to write good reviews about themselves. I bet even one positive review posted here is not a genuine one. these people think that humans are machines and they can not make errors and if they do then they are worthless. they think all their employees are worthless. hire and fire is something that they are best at, other than pointing out all your small mistakes. they treat their office boys very badly, sometimes raise hands at them.
