Pros

- Good coworkers (But the company doesn't deserve the credit for this) - First 6 months will be beneficial for a fresher but only for 6 months after that the salary delay begins (This is 100% true for all employees with no exception) - Have freedom to take any initiative but you'll have to take full charge

Cons

- Salary delay frequently - If questioned about salary delay they'll make excuse like (Still processing, haven't received a date from the management, have added the name to priority list etc) - Asks us to work without pay in the name of 'Leadership: Once the CEO called a meeting and told us that the company is in crisis and we won't pay you salary on time and if you want salary you need to find opportunity for the company (which technically means that no one in the board directors is capable of making money for the company) and make a stupid excuse that "Talrop is not an employee driven company but leader driven company" and their approach to finding leaders is to delay salary and find those who still work with them without salary. They give salary to those who take extra initiatives but doesn't pay the employees who completes assigned tasks very well. - Technically no HR exist for employee side they only take the side of employer and makes all kind of excuses and tries to gaslight you - They pretend to build "Silicon Valley" in kerala but they treat employees like some beggars who's begging for money - They keep relocating the employees every 6-12 months for no reason - All the social media posts, reels and LinkedIn posts are absolutely false, this company doesn't deserve the young talents - They exploit people who doesn't raise their voice and when someone raise their voice they try to gaslight them into thinking that they're the problem - The whole company run based on personal bias of the CEO, if he believes that leaders are only created in crisis then everyone will agree so. - Very poor work management, they have no proper system for building things, the system they do have is very outdated - Tech team is the most abused team there no one will ever get a good career by keep working there - They pay salary to the employees who's favoured by the management regardless of whether they're a good employee or not - Saturday is working day due to an incident happened years ago and not due to any professional reasons: The saturday off was denied because of a personal bias of a board director, the CTO kept asking to give saturday off and the board director didn't allow because of his ego

Cons

The Most Horrible Experience You Can Ever Have — Stay Away From Talrop 💀 If you value your time, career, and sanity, this is the last place you should ever join. No salary, no hikes, no growth — just endless fake promises. You’ll work for months and realize your effort is worth nothing here. They fool you with designations. You might get called a “Team Lead,” but step into any decent company and you’ll realize you don’t even meet the standards of a junior developer elsewhere. Their so-called promotions are just empty words — titles without pay. Toxic work culture is an understatement. There’s no proper management, no HR, no structure — just chaos and favoritism. When you ask for a salary hike, they’ll dig up absurd excuses like “you were late a few days” — as if that justifies not paying you at all. The irony? They’ll blame you for losing motivation when you’re literally working for free. Whatever you learn here, you’ll have to unlearn it completely to survive in a real company. Their “training” only teaches bad habits and wrong practices. The worst possible place for any fresher. If you’re a student, do yourself a favor — don’t ruin your career here. Talk to real employees on LinkedIn before joining. Everything you see or hear from Talrop is a lie. Fake HR. Fake CEO. Fake team leads. It all boils down to one man’s decision — and his ego runs the company, not logic. They’ll say, “We never tell anyone to leave,” while their HR calls and pushes you to quit behind the scenes. Pure hypocrisy at its peak. This place is a nightmare disguised as an opportunity. It’s a scam factory running on fake hopes and false dreams. Run before you waste your talent here.
