      There are no pros to working at Transcend Packaging, the more you give the more they take.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. Under appreciated and gaslighting a daily occurrence at this highly toxic environment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

      Overall Transcend lovely group of people, everyone is very passionate about what they do and there is a good work place environment

      Cons

      its hard to think of any, when dealing with production and supply chain sometimes there will be challenges but it is also rewarding
