      There are no pros to working at Transcend Packaging, the more you give the more they take.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. Under appreciated and gaslighting a daily occurrence at this highly toxic environment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

      Enjoy working here, lots of new machinery to learn. Nice people to work with from different backgrounds. Regular communication from top management.

      Staff canteen area could do with better vending machines.
