Pros

First of all, the recent 'good' reviews are just to bump up the ratings and counteract all the bad reviews. It's something the company does across all channels including Facebook & Google. If you want to believe anything, the negative reviews are true. Also, this is coming from an employee, who, according to their KPI’s performs “well” & receives the incentives they bang on about. The best part is the wonderful & hard working staff that do their best with what they are given. Only thing now is that all those staff are leaving.

Cons

The only thing the company cares about is revenue but they fail to see that in order to get revenue you need clients that actually get results in order for them to say on board. You won't get results and retain clients unless you have experienced staff that know what they are doing. You need to do more than put 'leading marketing agency' on the website to actually be a leader in the industry. You are not a leading marketing agency when you have staff that have 2 weeks experience managing accounts. Want client retention? How about focus on staff retention. The incentives provided are around keeping clients, not actually helping businesses. The political like line of the CEO of helping small to medium business is laughable. Hire and or keep experienced marketing staff that know what they're doing, you never know, you might solve client churn.

Pros

I met some of the most amazing, talented, driven people while working at SponsoredLinx; people who care about marketing, their clients and their teams. There's no question that you'll learn so much working here. About marketing, about Google and mostly about people.

Cons

None of the incredible people that I met happened to have management roles. In fact the management team at SponsoredLinx are among some of the worst people I've ever met. There's no room for growth in this organisation or ethics or compassion. Your voice will not be listened to and you will have to be happy with the role you are given because there simply is nothing else on offer.

Pros

The other Account Managers - only because we share the pain.

Cons

Company is run by a moronic couple (they say that the company has a 'no-ego' policy, yet their car collection tells another story... I won't even mention the number plate because it will make you sick.) Oh and when I say 'run' I mean they actually have no clue about what is going on in their own company. Maybe if they did, things would be different. Management is appalling. Workload is appalling. Education & training is appalling. Client retention is appalling. Staff retention is appalling. I feel SO sorry for any client that comes on board with SLX, they spend their hard earned dollars on a promise that some kid in sales has made just so that they can get their commission that week. I know people who worked here 6/7 years ago and by the sounds of it, it hasn't changed a bit - no wonder everyone leaves.
