Pros

One of the things I like most about Speed Commerce are the fellow agents you will get to work with. We know how to have fun here when its appropriate, and you're guaranteed to find someone you love working with. While I was hoping for better pay, a better atmosphere and management team are more important to me, and that is a huge reason why I am here. Flexible hours, room to grow your career, and the assurance of being trained as well as possible, are a few other reasons I love working here.

Cons

I am used to working on my feet so it took some time to get used to sitting in a chair.

I love my job with Speed Commerce. I work with an amazing group of people and our management team really cares about it's employees which is something rare to find these days. They offer fair pay for our duties and are always there if we need help with something.

Cons

I can think of no cons to working for or being apart of the Speed Commerce family.

- Your productivity is determined by what you do in the office, not by results. - They're obsessed with cameras. - There's barely anything you can avail with their HMO (in my area at least) - In-office, but there are no events or celebrations even during big holidays. - No annual appraisals,
