      Salary is market value but this place will turn you sour very quickly. IT department is a mess but fixable if IT leader is removed.

      Flexible with work-from-home. Unlimited vacation. Worked with my schedule. Management was approachable.

      Failing company with little to no communication from management about the financial health of the company. No investment in training or opportunities for advancement.

      Pros

      Speed Commerce is growth oriented in all aspects of it's business. They encourage employees to continually improve their skill sets through training and coursework. They promote from with-in.

      Cons

      Speed Commerce was going through an acquisition during my time of employment. It was a bit bumpy due to lack of communication through mid to entry levels in the company leading to confusion and lower morale.

      Sometimes you can get mad and upset with a customer yelling or cussing at you.
