Very sorry to read your frustrated and the emotional review. It's always hard to reply to an emotional low star review with almost no data points and just blame games. But here are a couple of data points from our side. 1. Our US Management & PMs works at all levels with the engineering team and they have very close communication. They perfectly know what they are doing and even doing certain essential tasks that are missed by the teams - that's what we call as a perfect team player-ship. 2. No one in SlashNext is forced to do late sittings and work on weekends/ holidays. If there is any need to do it, we have a handsome OT policy that covers the hours more than you get to work the normal official hours. 3. HR team has aligned all its global events, societies and environment of the office to the best of work-life balance even inside the office. We have a 2 way communication with our people to check their satisfaction plus we have surveys. PR with people is being handled by a dedicated person in the HR team. For HR, everyone is the same in terms of respect, importance and impact. There is no discrimination done at any level. Let me be very clear here that we spend a good fortune of time, energy and money to hire you all. Firing anyone is never on our list but if someone is delusional enough to claim the high hopes which someone is not a fit for, we have a huge number of skilled people applying at SlashNext daily. Having said that, the company has a clear vision, strategy and processes. Had these not been there as yet, we will not be making our well known competitors stay as runner-ups. It is clear I can't approach you myself because you haven't provided your name. Wish you success on your next steps.

Pros

Small sales, PM and operations teams mean that everybody cares about everybody elses success. When there are challenges, everybody leans in to help instead of pointing the finger. Executive Leadership is great, Product Management is superb. The technology is second to none and innovation and development is fast and nimble.

Cons

Very much a sales led organization, but understandable at this stage of a startup. Investment into operations is improving and growing along with the company. Employee equipment is poor.

Pros

-The people are spectacular top to bottom couldn’t imagine being a part of a better team -The tech is a game changer and will keep organizations of all sizes safer than they ever thought was possible -Once again the people; everyone cares about each others success and clues out of their way to help each other out

Cons

-Ultimately it just came down to a timing thing. Mid market is a different beast especially when competing with heavily embedded competitors. Given another 6 months and I would have been breaking records

Pros

Absolutely awesome team of people to work with and learn from. All extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to do whatever needed to help me and my team succeed. The solution itself is great as well.

Cons

Not specific to SlashNext: any sdr job is tough and the grind was the hardest but most fulfilling part of the job. Getting to help both management and AE's succeed made it worth it.

Very sorry to read your frustrated and the emotional review. It's always hard to reply to an almost no data points and just blame games. But here are a couple of data points from our side. 1. We have a well defined SOP for offering salaries to al new joiners. Their existing salary existing benefits is compared to what we are offering the internal equity. Never has this happened that someone is asked to join on the same salary that a candidate is getting at the previous employer. 2. Secondly, if your concern is genuine, what is the need to accept an offer that is the same as you are getting at your last employer? Like all employee oriented companies, we do attract candidates but clearly employment is at will. You were never forced to join us. All policies are aligned with the employee's benefit and we implement them as it is, Since, you have not mentioned your name and just tried to get cheap fame while writing a false review, we can not help you in this - and as mentioned you have left for good. We wish you all the best.
