Small sales, PM and operations teams mean that everybody cares about everybody elses success. When there are challenges, everybody leans in to help instead of pointing the finger. Executive Leadership is great, Product Management is superb. The technology is second to none and innovation and development is fast and nimble.

Very much a sales led organization, but understandable at this stage of a startup. Investment into operations is improving and growing along with the company. Employee equipment is poor.

The product offering is cutting edge and easy to deploy.

The marketing strength is quite low as an organization and a bit difficult to compete with more well-known, proven products in the market.
