      Thank you for your review. To get people stay in good speed and have feedback of their work we have bi-annual performance reviews. These are powered with technical and interpersonal KPIs which in two rounds gets the self-evaluation and then manager's evaluation. In the end a detailed plan for development is also given so that all aspects can be improved accordingly.
