      Fast Turnover. No growth. Bad politics

      Status, e card, vacation and sick leaves (16 each: SL converted to cash)

      Cons

      Really bad management. No respect for out of office or past work hours. Really long and pointless meetings.

      the company is established, lots of perks

      Cons

      a lot of office politics during my time and i stayed there for more than three years but my compensation package never went up
