Status, e card, vacation and sick leaves (16 each: SL converted to cash)

Really bad management. No respect for out of office or past work hours. Really long and pointless meetings.

Employee discount that's it. Co workers are great

A LOT!!!! Lack of work life balance. You can't file a leave November and December. Work is 48 hours per week. salary too low. I've missed a lot of life event because I spend most of my time in SM. Cheap they don't even have tissues in cr for employee. Which is unfair because we support and buy products in Department store. 1st company that I work with that has no Christmas basket or GC
