We work tirelessly to ensure our 15% profit share is a bedrock of the benefits we provide. It's also nice to see that you value position autonomy and the "strong compensation" we deliver to find and retain top talent.
Regarding your desire for more feedback, I would recommend giving that to your direct supervisor during the upcoming end-of-year performance review. With feedback being a 2-way street, I'm sure he/she will value your thoughts and the chance to provide increased feedback.

It's certainly great to see you relish management being approachable, finding autonomy in your role, enjoying the company's financial strength and best in class compensation and benefits. We hope to keep these attributes and build upon them to keep this a great place to work for our employees. You did mention the need for updating some IT equipment and I'll be happy to pass that observation on to our VP of IT.

6moLet me start by saying thank you for the over 1/2 decade of service you have given to Priority Wire & Cable...that should be celebrated.
Additionally, it's amazing to see that you have no cons to list regarding what we are focused on as a company...what a positive message.
The fact that you recognize the leadership team that's been put in place tells a lot about how their caring trickles to all levels of the company. Moreover, it's great to know you see the value in our benefits and compensation plans. You mention the profit share plan, and again the 15% allocated annually by the company is truly unprecedented in our industry, or otherwise.
We will absolutely take your advice and not change our focus on "investing in people and the culture that makes Priority Wire & Cable a great place to work"...I couldn't have said it better myself.
