The pros that you mentioned around pay, benefits, training, promotions and work/life balance are critical to the company and I couldn't be happier to see that they likewise align with your priorities. You did mention a con being co-workers being difficult at times. I'm confident we all face that occasionally, however, I have always found that open communication with them usually works best in resolving any tensions that might exist.
