      Pros

      The company has good benefits, and HR works with people. That has health issues, or personal issues. They do direct training, and allow employees travel to other locations, to train as well.

      Cons

      The Company as a whole, needs to get better with communication on a corporate level. Because a lot of times, upper management tends to ask the same questions, that was already clarified.

      Happy 7th Year Anniversary! Thank you for taking time out to leave a review and I appreciate you giving great marks for our best-in-class benefits. Additionally, I know the HR Team is heavily invested in our workforce and I'm glad their support rings through. Our company training program is a pillar of keeping our workforce in sync and enabled to carry out the mission. Regarding cons, we are always working to improve communication at all levels and we're never as good as we aspire to be...we won't stop trying to improve. Thank you again for the 7-years of service to PWC and I hope we're fortunate enough to have you with us for at least 7 more.
