Incredibly micro Managing Commission for GMs is very low

It is a fast moving culture with direction changes sometimes. It's tough to work here - the team hold each other accountable to being successfully minded and that can be challenging sometimes.

There are some challenges with technology/laptops but the leadership do their best to address quickly. Wish we had more of tech stack but it is being addressed
