Pros

The only positive are the other skills coaches and the teamwork between your peers.

Cons

Terrible leadership at all levels. For a company that coaches leadership skills to its customers you would expect more. Unfortunately the company is top down and do not listen to its employees. If you love coaching, developing and making a difference this is not the company for you. Pareto only care about the numbers and the bottom line. Skills coaches role is 80% admin. It's impossible to be a great coach and support your learners while manaing the work load that pareto expect. They dont listen to employees - managers just filter orders down and rarely have the back of their team. Changes are thrown at skills coaches without any training and we were expected to learn new systems without a manual, support or any help. We were on our own and noone in the business listened to us. Staff members were burned out, had no motivation and still noone listened. I saw many cases where pareto did nothing about employees on the brink of a burn out. Pareto have lost almost all of its skills coaches in the last few years and its no surprise. They advertise roles and claim they are 'expanding' but it is all backfil to replace the coaches that had enough of the way they treated us. Please please, think twice before applying for Pareto. They are not the company they claim to be.

Pros

Good intentions, colleagues want to help, skilled people.

Cons

Poor management, systems misaligned, long hours, too much admin to evidence every breathe you take, so very inefficient.
