- Owned by Randstad but still has an intimate feel in the office - Great growth - Amazing culture (happy hours, sales kick offs, incentives) - Get to learn everything there is to know about sales - Really supportive management team
Cons
- Some things take a bit to move forward since Pareto is owned by Randstad and there are a handful of channels to go through, but leadership is good about being transparent about that

Great company culture. They say training is a 2-3 months but it is not.
Cons
They're a sweat shop who are selling pipe dreams to recent graduates and convincing them that they should give up all the time and effort they spent getting their college degree and go into sales. Pay is barely minimum. You can't even go to the bathroom during their power hours. Overall, terrible business model.
