Pros

Great brand, very well known in German speaking countries, in Berlin it's a strong name. You can change things, you can really contribute. If you resist to the pressure and the working conditions, you'll be able to shape the company future. More than half are women, gender equality is a reality even in the management.

Cons

Tough, stressful, exhausting. Under a constant lack of resources you'll be expected to deliver, deliver and deliver. Cheap furnitures, dis-functional office space, coffee and refreshment below any startup level in Berlin. Hysteric company culture that on the one hand promotes braveness, creativity and team work, on the other it sticks to inflexible business results under a continuous delivery pressure. This generate not only waves of people leaving and coming, including managers and C-levels, but engaged employees running into burnout or close to it.

Pros

Hybrid / remote / parties / nice colleagues /

Cons

Terrible salary - Horrible commision system. Toxic management even. Setting nearly impossible goals straight after starting to work there. No ramping targets, bad onbaording which resulting in me making mistakes that i later got reprimanded for. Even got yelled at during a team meeting for not making our targets. Company claims to be sustainable but sends clothinkg boxes to people for simply loggin in wanting to take a look around. the CEO gets almost worshipped. They lure people in with a cool job title - sounds cool on parties but technically you're getting paid less than your average person at mcdonalds while youre working on bad goals. Retention rate in the company is also very low. People come and go all the time because of bad working conditions. Even talked with HR about this several times but never really resulting in team building exercises or having an open conversation as a team or company. I decided to leave within 6 months before dedicating myself for a longer time to the company. If you get this job and it allows you to move to a foreign country which i did in my case, go for it. But bear in there are almost no growth possibilities and every form of critisiscm towards the company will be reprimanded.
