Pros

Great brand, very well known in German speaking countries, in Berlin it's a strong name. You can change things, you can really contribute. If you resist to the pressure and the working conditions, you'll be able to shape the company future. More than half are women, gender equality is a reality even in the management.

Cons

Tough, stressful, exhausting. Under a constant lack of resources you'll be expected to deliver, deliver and deliver. Cheap furnitures, dis-functional office space, coffee and refreshment below any startup level in Berlin. Hysteric company culture that on the one hand promotes braveness, creativity and team work, on the other it sticks to inflexible business results under a continuous delivery pressure. This generate not only waves of people leaving and coming, including managers and C-levels, but engaged employees running into burnout or close to it.

Pros

- Remote work - Flexibility

Cons

- As others have said previously, team leaders are absent most of the time and not supportive. They trick you in the beginning by acting all cool, but in reality they could care less about you individually. Lack of precise feedback during performance reviews. They will present you with false numbers and statistics before letting you go. - Overall uncertainty as you are never secure regarding your job status. They love looking for scapegoats in order to justify poor results based on bad business decisions or warehouse problems. - You are expected to work practically 4 roles in 1 and take extra responsibilities. If you choose not to it's frowned upon. - They expect you to continue meeting and exceeding targets regardless of the problems the company faces that directly affect your work. The targets often do not make any sense either.
