Never risk leaving your ongoing stable job for this company
Pros
Literally none. I repeat none. For a short term, you can think that you are getting a great salary as they only bait you on that. Otherwise, it's a sh*tty place to work in.
Cons
There are literally countless cons I can write for this 'Sh*tdaily' but highlighting the most important ones: 1. No Work-Life Balance – Pure Exploitation Be ready to work 14-16 hours a day, including weekends, with fake promises of bonuses that never come. They expect you to be on call 24/7, treating employees like robots, not humans. 2. Shady Salary Practices – Tax Evasion at Its Finest They lie about paying in USD but actually pay in PKR, splitting it between cash and bank transfer. Your salary slip only reflects the bank transfer, which is just them dodging taxes. Expect zero benefits other than this shady paycheck. 3. A Team of Interns, No Real Developers You'll be leading a team of clueless interns with no mid or junior-level developers, yet they expect you to handle work meant for five people. Absolute disaster for any serious developer. 4. Garbage Codebase, Zero Best Practices Prepare for hardcoded IDs in Angular, no structure, no documentation, and a complete disregard for coding standards. The development process here is a joke. 5. All About Money, Zero Quality in HealthTech They don’t care about making good software—just about squeezing money from clients. Their healthcare solutions are a mess, and they have no interest in fixing them. 6. They Can Fire You in a Day – No Job Security One wrong move, or if they just feel like it, you’re gone in 24 hours. No warnings, no discussions—just pack up and leave. 7. They Bait You With Salary, Then Treat You Like Trash They offer high salaries to lure in experienced developers, then suck the life out of you. If you already have a stable job where you’re respected, DO NOT fall for this trap. You’re nothing more than a disposable resource to them.
