Pros

- They hired some of the brightest and sharpest people in Dublin. The company is dotted with some fantastic people but sadly they are slowly leaving one by one to go onto better things. - Office is located in a good area with easy access to public transport, etc. - Company could potentially IPO or be a takeover target in future.

Cons

- Staff turnover is in excess of 40% of the ENTIRE workforce. People leaving at a rate of 1 per week. This is right across account management, sales, marketing, recruiting and admin. - Unrealistic targets for sales people in a heavily saturated market. Sales management are constantly changing their minds and never had a clear go to market strategy. - Upper management have zero regard for their staff and treat them with utter disdain. - If you don't hit your targets by month 4, you will be put on a performance plan and fired before your 6 month probation period is up. - Sales job involves sending 200+ emails per week and cold calling. Zero strategy beyond bombarding potential customers with email - The compensation package and sales commission are among the worst in the tech industry and certainly in Dublin. Commission structure is so confusing even the managers are unable to understand or explain it when questioned. Overworked and underpaid. Avoid.

Pros

The people - absolutely great bunch in all departments. I will really miss that.

Cons

What a surprise that after couple of negative reviews, suddenly numerous 5 star reviews appeared - almost like someone in the company is not happy people are speaking out. In any case it is up to the reader to make up the mind. Upper management and the CEO, who were not transparent and have been lying to the employees for months. Either the financial health of the company was not good and it showed as soon as a crisis came or there is a something else going on behind the curtains. In any case not a company you want to be at. The way almost half of all global employees have been made redundant was outrageous and destroyed moral for the once, who were kept. I can't imagine AdRoll could ever recover from that and thrive as a business again, especially as it was not strong to begin with. I would not advice anyone with good skills and experience to join the company and hope how they handled Covid-19 will forever remain in people's mind.

Pros

Really difficult to find positive aspects, during my time in Adroll i met really nice colleagues the rest...

Cons

I never seen in my career such a bunch of useless Managers without any real strategies in place in order to penetrate in a smart and effective way local markets, the only advice they gave us is spamming people, i have seen really smart sales people getting fired and being put lots of pressure by this so Called "managers. Definitely the worse work experience i had in my career, please do not do the same mistake!!
