Great culture, great team members, lots of room to grow once you know what direction you want to head in and even if you don't they will help you provided you speak to your manager and let them know what you want. Good product and a great learning experience, you will seriously upgrade your knowledge in the adtech space with a role at AdRoll. Lots of autonomy

Cons

For me personally there were none but Nextroll is very performance focussed which doesn't suit everyone. Its also very autonomous meaning there isn't a lot of hand holding which also might not suit everyone. Benefits aren't great but compensation can be very lucrative with good performance.

I worked in AdRoll for almost 3 years and I enjoyed every single day. AdRoll is a great place for those who want to jumpstart their career and grow quick, opportunities are there for everyone and it's easy to get involve in projects if you want. Best team and office, makes you feel like going to work every day. There is a very healthy relationship between all members of the staff, you don't see this in many companies.

As every company of this size there is things to improve, mostly last minute changes and product decisions, but always within what is normal or expected.

It's a growing company so if you like a fast paced environment you'll love AdRoll! The company is filled with bright energetic people and in my experience I have found management supportive. The AdRoll sales team is a performance environment, targets are not unrealistic and there's an uncapped commission structure with good perks. I have hit my target every quarter and there is a lot of ongoing training and support here. They give you the tools to succeed, it's up to you then, sitting there waiting for deals to come to you generally doesn't work and where's the fun in that?! (This isn't Google) Some of the brightest people I have ever worked with work in AdRoll, and I have experienced good communication from senior management. Leadership from the U.S. visit regularly and there is a clear long term vision for the company which keeps me motivated. I have a clear idea of my career path in AdRoll and I have found the company supportive of my goals in this regard. Overall if you are a bright, enthusiastic person you'll do very well in AdRoll, its great!

Cons

There are the same growing pains that occur with most high growth companies - changing structures, procedures - it can be tricky to keep up but we're all getting better at this. There isn't a lot of cons really, everyone works hard and if thats not for you there are plenty of places you can go chill in Dublin!

Reading the two negative responses posted a few days back, I felt like an outlook from another perspective on the company is needed. I myself enjoy and love working for AdRoll. AdRoll is a very, very performance-driven company, that expects definitely a lot, looking at the growth and opportunities for AdRoll globally, this is exactly what I signed up for. I'm not sure, where expectations have been set for others, I think AdRoll is doing a great Job and that change and more focus on profitability and stronger Performance in EMEA after being in Dublin for a bit over a year now, was to be expected and the right move. I enjoy the fact, that I'm fully surrounded by smart people (except the unnecessary rant about changes in the company) and always having a laugh every day coming into the office. Management is very supportive professionally and personally. The speed of growing within the company, can be extremely quick, in case you are smart and know how to perform and do your best.

Workload can be a lot, but manageable in combination with a good time management More clear and direct insight by Managers would be good in relation to the current issues that cause the sudden discouragement within the Company

I feel compelled to write a review after seeing the below 2 posts. They in no way portray an accurate reflection of how the vast majority of employees feel. If you are interested in working with smart ambitious people in a high performing culture come work with us. Over the past 12 months management have grown the EMEA business from nothing into a million dollar business and a head count of over 100 people. Obviously in times of rapid growth you will always find one or two people who don't fit in and find the pace of change difficult. However for everyone else this is an exciting dynamic place to work. There is loads of room to grow and numerous people have been promoted over the past year. There is a great bunch of people here who work hard and play harder. I have made some great friends in the company over the past 12 months and there is a warm genuine family atmosphere. Come join us and don't listen to one or two bitter people who clearly under performed on a consistent basis.

Very little.....you need to stay on top of things and be accountable for your performance but name any tech company that doesn't abide by the same principles.
