Pros

NeuroNav truly invests in its people. Every year, the company flies the entire team to an offsite that’s thoughtfully planned and feels like real appreciation (not just meetings, but time to connect, recharge, and feel valued as employees). It’s rare to see a company put that level of care into a team. The job itself is flexible and fully remote, which makes it possible to do meaningful work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You’re trusted to manage your time and responsibilities. Management is a standout. The leaders Kim and Suzy are incredibly kind, caring, and approachable. They lead with empathy, listen to feedback, and genuinely want employees to succeed and feel supported. That tone carries throughout the organization and shapes a culture that’s collaborative, respectful, and human. The work is deeply meaningful — you see how your efforts directly help families navigate a complex system and gain more choice and independence.

Cons

As with many mission-driven, growing organizations, things can move quickly and processes are still evolving. The work can be emotionally demanding at times, but the team support helps balance that.

Pros

The only pro is that we have the ability to work remotely

Cons

The leadership is horrible. There is no respect for the employees. We are overworked and underpaid and HEAVILY micromanaged. Leadership cares only about putting money in her own pocket, and does not actually care about the employees or the individuals we serve. We are constantly encouraged to cut corners in order to maximize our reimbursements, and when we point out that doing so leads to a worse experience for our clients because we are rushing them into services that are not even a good fit, we get in trouble for not meeting our metrics. Strongly strongly advise against working here if you have any other options, especially if you care about actually helping the population we serve.
