Pros

Weekly paychecks. Minimal supervision. Other than that, I don't have 20 words to make a pro statement. I have only 4. There isn't anything else positive about working there.

Cons

Constant payroll errors meaning you don't consistently get paid when you expect, inadequate staffing, HR has an answering machine during business hours, their servers crashed often limiting sales potential, you can't check your email on your work computer, pay is lower than advertised, 4 vacation days versus the 18 advertised in their billable employee handbook, micromanagement, and they are the most disorganized company ever regarding policies and procedures.

Pros

The pay is adequate, the atmosphere is laid back, and the commission scale really fair to be sure that even on slow weeks you make extra money.

Cons

Commission checks only come once a month, the district managers are nearly impossible to get a hold of, you are not in charge of hiring your own employees, and you are never, ever allowed weekends off. I asked for a Sunday off to take my daughter to the zoo, a month in advance, and was denied the day before our trip. It left me holding a grudge against the company for a really long time, and made me feel like the company didn't care about me or my family.

Pros

AMAZING culture. Manager's that truly care about your well-being, your personal life and your career growth. Although I have seen some not so awesome reviews, a lot of those are for the PT positions we're filling (Target Mobile, HP, T-Mobile, etc.). I do understand that those possible bad experiences can reflect poorly on MarketSource as a whole, but please be aware that many of these programs are in beginning stages. They are all problems we're working through. As far as an internal career though - I have been here for three years in January of 2016, and through hard work and determination, have been promoted two times. Management has done an EXCELLENT job in placing me in roles where I have thrived. I wouldn't trade my company!

Cons

Sometimes lines of communication aren't as open as I'd like, but I have to remember to also MAKE them open. Also being a growing company, there can be huge launches that come up in the snap of a finger. I find it a "con" to have to stop what you're doing to jump on a launch - but this could be a "pro" bigger picture - we're a rapidly growing company. Huge launches means we're growing, and our customers want to do more business. You just have to make it happen.
