Pros

Easy work, you'll get along with most people at your designated stores such as Target. Decent pay, I started at $15 an hour and got bumped up to $16 shortly after that. Work also depends on your district manager, I got lucky and my boss is very nice and easy-going.

Cons

Work feels ongoing & can sometimes feel like busy-work that has no actual value. MarketSource can be volatile, depends on their contracts with Target if both parties want to keep going. NO PAID TIME OFF, I've been here almost 2 years and can't take a week off that's fully paid and have to work extra hard the next week to get my paycheck in order.
