Pros

No MicroManaging No Sales Requirements Show up and do your job. And you are appreciated for it. No experience needed. They train you and allow you time in field alone to learn on your own.

Cons

Selfies with Customers Sales If you aren’t sales oriented MarketSource probably isn’t for you. I don’t mind selfies but some customers do. But it’s 1% of the job.

Lots of different programs to work for; Full time positions offer good benefits

Cons

They have a hard time acquiring and keeping good contracts; No good programs anymore
