Little trust in employee expertise, often treated as inexperienced, spoken to condescendingly, and not given space to make decisions independently. The organization lagged significantly behind current industry standards around automation, digital adoption, playbooks, health scoring, and scalable processes. Lots of long, unneccessary internal meetings, only serving the atmosphere of distrust and micromanaging. Lack of diversity, both in employees but also in ideas. Resistant to change.
