Drastically uneven pay between people on the same team, with the same job, doing the same work. Management and leadership are extremely out of touch and think they are creating an amazing work culture while employees at the lower levels are miserable. Managers send messages and emails at all hours, micromanage, and generally treat employees like robots. Managers are very impersonal and do not care about their employees.
