Potential to be great but too much turnover of highly talented employees

Pros

Excellent solutions especially with the recent acquisitions Talented data, and market research teams with bright employees

Cons

Commercial team is too focused on high school style politics, with a cheerleader/jock like team. Other teams are left feeling isolated and not integrated enough. Salaries of those who actually put strategic thinking into reporting and analysis are less than those who are in client services. If you are liked and agree with what is being said then you will be accelerated on your trajectory even though you may not have the skill set. A lot of internal politics, gossip and lack of strategic acumen is rampant on the commercial team. This results in highly talented staff leaving because their value is disregarded when they challenge or question management.

Pros

Benefits good Salary was competitive Office was nice Free parking in garage Lots of snacks and drinks

Cons

Growing way too fast. At the heart of it they are acquiring companies so fast often 2-3 per year with no clear idea of how to effectively integrate the roles of those employees often leaving people in silos while they hand everything to their people (who are honestly not even that good) and not taking the time to explore the talent among the orgs they buy. They fail to communicate often don’t have directions themselves and upper management is a joke. Overinflated titles and unrealistic goals. HR is clueless and sales leaders are the worst Ive seen in this industry. Run as fast as you can from this place.

Pros

I love the atmosphere, everyone is here to learn, push themselves, and improve. The support and incentives are all there, and they really want you to succeed, they understand the company is only as great as its employees. Couldn't possibly joined a better company. Leadership is valued, trusted, and engaging. Salary is good, opportunities are ramping, building culture is strong.

Cons

None to my knowledge. With a growing company you will run into growing pains, but leadership has done a great job of putting emphasis into smoothing the multiple transitions

Fast Paced Environment with Lots of Growth

Pros

- Flexible work schedule that helps accommodate to employees with long commutes and families -Competitive salary and benefits package -Friendly leadership who is always willing to help -Forward thinking organization who wants to be the industry leader -Team environment -Trust from management (no micromanaging) -Fun biyearly events that are both educational and fun -Different participation groups that give employees a chance to interact across the company

Cons

-Space in Yardley is becoming limited with the amount of growth. A new space with newer amenities and more conference room space would be helpful -With the different acquisitions and addition of headcount overall many employees focus has shifted to helping merge systems and fixing day to day issues at hand rather than working on long term projects and initiatives. Having employees build new projects from ground up will increase morale in day to day work.

Great feedback. The good news about Yardley is that we'll be adding space in both Q4 and again in Q1 to alleviate the current crunch. And as we head into the 2020 planning cycle, we'll try to maintain the good while starting to talk more about new product initiatives. -Jeff
