      Great culture, I love working with my team, and you're encouraged to reach out to learn more or if you need help. The company actually has a clear direction, and the work that I do actually feels like it has an impact on the end user

      Pros

      LegitFit offers an excellent remote working environment that actually trusts its employees. You’re given significant autonomy in how you execute your work, which is refreshing. Despite being a lean team, everyone is incredibly resourceful and we always like to punch well above our weight class. The leadership is genuinely open to feedback and it’s clear that the product roadmap is driven by real customer needs rather than just internal assumptions.

      Cons

      Not really a con but because we move fast and stay lean, processes are always evolving - so you need to be comfortable with a bit of "building the plane while flying it".
