It is a fast paced environment and can be intense at times. Priorities move quickly, change is constant, and you need to be comfortable adapting and making decisions at times with imperfect information.

LegitFit offers an excellent remote working environment that actually trusts its employees. You’re given significant autonomy in how you execute your work, which is refreshing. Despite being a lean team, everyone is incredibly resourceful and we always like to punch well above our weight class. The leadership is genuinely open to feedback and it’s clear that the product roadmap is driven by real customer needs rather than just internal assumptions.

Not really a con but because we move fast and stay lean, processes are always evolving - so you need to be comfortable with a bit of "building the plane while flying it".
