The people here are truly amazing to work with, and there is strong collaboration across all departments as everyone works well together and supports one another. Leadership is understanding, approachable, and genuinely supportive of staff, which makes a big difference day to day. The hybrid work model is also a huge plus, with flexibility around which days you choose to come into the office. Also there is opportunity for career progression within the company.
