Pros

I've really enjoyed my time at LEAP thus far. The company has a strong culture of collaboration, and the people here are genuinely supportive. The teamwork I've seen here has made a difference in how we work and solve problems together. One of the biggest positives for me has been the opportunity for growth. Since joining, I’ve been able to develop my skills, take on new challenges, and advance in my role. I’ve also seen many colleagues grow within the company, which says a lot about how LEAP invests in its people. Like any company, there are areas that can always improve, but leadership is open to feedback and makes an effort to create a good work environment. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place where they can grow and work with a solid team.

Cons

Like many Saas companies, the pace at which initiatives and projects need to be rolled out and implemented is very fast, so you have to get used to that and learn to manage deadlines and grow your planning and efficiency skills.

Pros

LEAP has a very positive and welcoming work atmosphere. The people here are truly amazing to work with, and there is strong collaboration across all departments as everyone works well together and supports one another. Leadership is understanding, approachable, and genuinely supportive of staff, which makes a big difference day to day. The hybrid work model is also a huge plus, with flexibility around which days you choose to come into the office. Also there is opportunity for career progression within the company. On top of that, LEAP offers great benefits/Pay, which really adds to the overall employee experience.

Cons

None to note at this time

Great SDR team chemistry. Great SDR leadership.

Executive level leadership is not the best and the direction of the company is questionable.

Pros

Some food provided and free membership

Cons

The current management team lacks direction and experience, which has led to significant challenges within the organisation. The previous executive leadership was much more adept at handling situations and fostering a positive work environment. The new General Manager in New Zealand, who has limited experience in managing teams, is still adapting to the role. Do not believe the fake positive reviews on here. Communication within the company is inadequate, with management frequently stating that they value their employees, yet the actions at the executive level often contradict this message. There is a clear need for a change in leadership to restore the company’s culture and ensure that employees feel supported and valued. Unfortunately, the company is currently facing significant internal challenges, and morale is at an all-time low.

Pros

Some lower level colleagues are genuinely supportive and do their best in a difficult environment

Cons

Random redundancies and dismissals with little transparency — creates a constant sense of instability. Team are expected to do the work of people who go missing for no thanks. The product is not where it needs to be. Frequent bugs make it difficult to confidently speak to customers, especially when they are paying a premium Support teams are stuck in a cycle of reacting to issues rather than resolving root causes, which leads to frustrated customers and strained relationships Significant price increases (often exceeding 100%) are hard to justify given the current product performance Leadership appears disconnected from both customer experience and employee reality Management lacks accountability — issues are often avoided rather than addressed Little to no meaningful 1:1 support or development conversations No clear progression opportunities Feedback is consistently overlooked, despite repeated assurances that things will improve Team culture can feel inconsistent, with favouritism and a lack of support for new starters Employees are expected to “manage expectations” in situations where the underlying issues are not being fixed

Pros

None. All Tech companies provide Barista and food

Cons

During my time at the company, I observed a concerning lack of consistency in leadership and team enablement. The Chief Enablement Officer appeared to display favoritism, which impacted team morale and led to decisions that did not always align with merit or experience. There were instances where individuals with limited understanding of key frameworks like LEAP were promoted to operational leadership roles, despite more qualified and experienced team members being overlooked. This approach to talent management created confusion, reduced efficiency, and fostered a sense of instability across teams.

Pros

LEAP is a very energetic company. What comes with this is the agility to change direction based on the needs of the business. I have seen many reviews, good and bad, on this site, and I think it relevant to point out the timing of these reviews. Many of the negative comments appear to have been written by exiting staff as part of a right-sizing of the business around a year ago. It was a necessary thing to do back then, and I assume much of the negativity is related to those ex-staff which is a shame as its lead to personal attacks rather than broader view of the progress and rationale for this decion. As of Today LEAP is a wonderful place to work. It has a clear direction being lead and directed by all staff. Regular town hall updates are provided to encourage all of us to understand and join the journey together. This makes me feel included in the decisions and that I contribute to the joint goals. All staff whom I engage with (which is many) appear to be in a great place work-wise and personally since the positive changes were made. Many records have been broken in both sales and renewals over the last year since the addition of new leadership in the sales team, and this has been a great positive change for all. The culture created is fun with a good work ethic and very target-driven. Change is key to any business to move with the times and to make sure you are not sticking with old processes if they can be improved upon. Change is good in my opinion as long as it's done for the right reasons, which I believe it is at LEAP.

Cons

Working for a privately funded business will always lead to some pros and cons for obvious reasons; however, it's why you choose private Vs PE-backed companies to work for. Ultimately, it's your choice to work here if it's right for you. Any cons mentioned in other reviews relating to the Australian global structure are simply the preference of the individual who wrote the review. LEAP is not for everyone as we are a global company and they encourage input from our global teams. It is also fast paced and changeable. For me personally, I don't see any cons at this stage and only wish LEAP the best in their endeavour to be successful
