      Pros

      Smart, fun, hard-working and talented co-workers. Interesting work and industry. Always something new to learn. Love working with new tech like AI. Benefits are great! Unlimited time off and remote work is real here.

      Cons

      Things change a lot in a short amount of time here. Not necessarily bad but might not work for everyone. A lot of different people often have say in projects which can make things more complicated than it needs to be.

      I had a very positive experience working at LEAP. Awesome people and solid benefits. Definitely recommend considering a role here.

      Some start-up type pains and product differences across regions but the team is constantly improving all the time.
