I'm happy here, the hybrid working of 3 days in the office is fair and gives me good balance. My colleagues are great and we have a busy social scene. The pace is pretty fast so never boring

- Flexible working arrangements, remote but there is an office if you wish to go in. - Lots of opportunities to work on interesting projects and have visibility. - Kind and genuine exec team. The structure feels flat and everyone is very approachable. - Everyone is responsive, helpful and solutions focused. - Great HR function - we had a company retreat last year, there is a mentorship program.

Cons

- The US team only has so much control over the product and strategy, since the HQ is in Sydney -Work is relatively fast-paced, but its reasonable compared to most other workplaces.
