      Ok job, lots of restricting policies

      Pros

      - Great Company Culture - Sales Coaches availables - Really great management in terms of human skills - Nice commision scheme - Positive working environment

      Cons

      - No pension - No possibility to work outside the country at all, not convenient for expats - No health care plan - Remote office location - Promoting a 5 h per week study time which does not match the kpis on activities.

      Pros

      From the first call to now my experience at KB4 has been undoubtablely the best work experience i have had. Amazing investment into my personal and professional development. Other companies would do well to follow in the footsteps of KB4.

      Cons

      I genuinely do not have a negative to my experience here. This surprises me as i have been one who may look for and be open about both sides of every story, but i just dont have a negative to give.
