They send you an asinine IQ and personality test before they even bother screening you. Don't waste your time with this company; they clearly don't have a process that respects the candidiate.

The interview process was quick. I had an initial phone screening and an hour zoom call with two directors. Make sure to have references ready. The recruiter stayed on top of things throughout the whole process.

Round 1 - qualifying with recruitment team Round 2 - management team where you'll do a few role-playing scenarios Couple days later you'll get an offer or denial email. All this takes about 2 weeks.
- What previous experience do you have in a CSM role?

This is one of the best interview experiences I've had in my career. The recruiter communicated very well, and had an interview with the hiring manager set up fairly quickly. The whole process from first interview to offer was only about two weeks, which is something MANY more companies need to learn to do. Be sure to have three references ready if you get to the hiring manager interview - they will call your references.
- tell us some of the challenging situations you've had in the past as a channel manager, and how you dealt with and resolved the situations.

Val was great! Very helpful and engaging through the entire process! She was very transparent and informative, always providing the info I needed. She let me know what to expect with the steps of the interview without providing too much info to allow me to overthink or be too ready
- They stopped and gave feedback during the interview to see how you would then respond on the spot. AMAZING!

I had an initial screening call with a recruiter...asked me why I'm interested in the company and the role and to walk her through my resume. I had a second interview with another recruiter where I answered some classic questions then went through a roleplay where I had to find discovery, her pain points, etc. My last interview was with another recruiter and the manager that I would be reporting under should I get an offer. I answered a few standard interview questions as well and then did a final roleplay closing both interviewers.

I never dealt with such rude and snarky behavior from a Recruiter. The recruiter I was initially scheduled with called out sick and asked someone to fill in for her. Red flag #1 The day of the interview, she was 20 mins late calling me. Red Flag #2 When discussing salary, she stated “I don't have time to see who will show their hand first. “I don’t have time for games” is what she said because I asked about the salary budget for this role. Red flag #3 I sent a follow up email to both ladies and never received a response but to my surprise I get a rejection email. I'm in disbelief that a credible company has people like this working for them. These are horrible pre screening practices.
- How much do you make in your current role?

I went through two interviews, and their recruiter told me she would give me a call to discuss salary and then ghosted. Very unprofessional look and disrespectful of my time.
- Why am I interested in leaving my current company?
