- No work life balance, clients will call you after office hours, during your annual leaves, on weekends and public holidays
- Some departments/ employees get better treatment than others, usually they are people who are yes-men and follow the directors blindly.

- You can voice out your opinions but it will mostly be thrown out. Directors decisions are final
- Very high turnover and slow hiring process, you will end up just doing work of multiple people
