- Some of the reviews here might be inaccurate as the HR asked us to review the company and inform them once the review is made. - If the founders do not like you, they just don’t talk to you. This is followed by everyone else in the company not talking to you - No work life balance, clients will call you after office hours, during your annual leaves, on weekends and public holidays - Some departments/ employees get better treatment than others, usually they are people who are yes-men and follow the directors blindly. - Promises will be made to increase morale but end up being unfulfilled. - You can voice out your opinions but it will mostly be thrown out. Directors decisions are final - Very high turnover and slow hiring process, you will end up just doing work of multiple people
