      Pros

      Pros Are you can find very good fake reviews of company on glassdoor. From past 6 months they have increased their glassdoor rating from 2.5 to 4.0. The person who is doing this must be a executioner in his/her past birth and doing the same work in a different way over here.

      Cons

      Go and ask out employees working over here before joining. Don't trust managers here. They are the most fatty rats in the rat race company who cant even run now. Don't join this handicapped company, it will spoil you. There is no zero Star otherwise I would have given the same over here.

      Very few...flexi timings..that too because u need to provide overlap in US hours...not because they care for u.

      Cons

      If you are joining because HR promised you an onshore position...beware. You are being trapped..everything here is faked. HR, accounts (no fixed date when u get salary). If you are a relative (especilly brother in law of some senior manager), you should join. Delivery managers go out of the way to save their relatives who have been thrown out of projects by multiple clients. And it is projected as if, it was due to some fake reason. You dont get transport here...commute on your own. Visionless organisation..no one is thinking of growth here..dont ruin your career.
