Work Pressure is not managed properly.

Company focussed on Noida office only. No facilities at Gurgaon office. Partiality Management - When joining company they mentioned that office location is Gurgaon but they force to come to Noida office whenever Permanent remote employees used to come to Noida office. Some employees joining Gurgaon office are provided permanent WFH option but not to other employees. There is no one from the IRIS side in the client project and they use words like you are like a labourer and whatever the client says you have to obey. Overcrowded office - very less space in Gurgaon office. No facility provided to Gurgaon office employees while being asked to come to Noida office for full week wheras permanent remote employees are provided with flight,cab,hotel stay etc. There is micro management in the company
