      Great people, very good compensation, a product and ethos that you can be proud to stand behind and be a part of.

      Cons

      The company is in a period of rapid growth and change and it is putting stress on most aspects of the business. Likely just a necessary evil, but hard nonetheless

      Pros

      It's refreshing that Management really tries to live the Guidewire values every day and I feel like my contribution in valued. Compensation is structured so that co-workers don't feel like they are in competition with each other which promotes a collaborative workplace.

      Cons

      Due to the pace of change, it can be hard for remote employees to stay connected to what's going on both within their departments and within the company.
