There are free snacks provided and coffee machines too. 25 days holidays. Access to all Guidewire training materials and testing. Support groups to study for Oracle Java certs. Scrum training has been provided before. Communications training. People work from home when needed.

The basic salary is on the low end for people with little or no experience but it improves with promotions.
