Pros

A modern tech stack with engaging and challenging tasks. . Acceptable salary. Kitchen staffed with chefs, gym access, and regular cleaning.

Cons

Office located in an industrial area with a tight working space. Sudden changes in hybrid policy, reducing from 2 to 1 day per week, while plenty of remote contractors remain. Top management's philosophy is literally: 'If you don’t like something, just leave.'

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! We’re happy to hear you enjoy working with our tech stack and find the projects engaging, that’s exactly what we aim for. And of course, we love that you appreciate the office perks like the gym and great food! We get that changes to the hybrid policy can be frustrating. These decisions are never made lightly, and while we strive to balance business needs with flexibility, we understand how important remote work is to many team members. Feedback like yours helps us continue refining our approach. As for leadership, we want everyone to feel heard. If something’s not working, we’d love to have an open discussion rather than anyone feeling like their only option is to leave. Your input is valuable, and we encourage you to bring any concerns to HR or management, we’re always looking to improve. Thanks again for being part of the team!

Pros

Modern, well-equipped office with quality furniture, hardware, and all the necessary software - everything set up for productive work Free and genuinely tasty meals - saves time and keeps morale high On-site gym with a trainer - great for breaking up the day and staying active Competitive salary with clear and transparent conditions High level of autonomy - you’re trusted to make technical decisions and your input is valued Challenging and interesting projects - always something to learn and grow from

Cons

The office is located outside the city - the shuttle helps, but it’s still a time commitment and not ideal for everyone There’s a noticeable amount of legacy code in some parts of the system - it’s being addressed, but expect to get your hands dirty at times

Pros

The company culture and office environment are great, with many learning and development opportunities such as in-house training and allowance for external ones. Office locations are very good with plenty of parking available, and lunch is freshly cooked every day with many options to choose from. Corporate parties are always something everyone looks forward to. Overall, it is a great place to work.

Cons

Nothing negative to note about FxPro

Pros

When I first joined, FxPro offered genuinely attractive perks such as an on-site gym and open buffet. These benefits were later replaced with a €400 Wolt credit, which unfortunately doesn’t offer the same value or experience. The company provides the industry standard benefits like a provident fund and health insurance etc. Salaries are paid on time with no delays. The company frequently celebrates events and holidays, and they often distribute small gifts to staff, which is a nice gesture and contributes to a friendly office environment.

Cons

Unfortunately, the negatives outweigh the positives. There’s a strong sense of micromanagement and a controlling management style, which limits employee autonomy and confidence. During my 3+ years there, I witnessed a high employee turnover, with many people leaving after short periods a clear indication that deeper management issues exist. Certain departments are predominantly Greek speaking. While this is understandable given the location in Cyprus, it contradicts FxPro’s self presentation as an “international company.” No career progression or recognition. In three years, I remained in the same position with no acknowledgment of my service, no development opportunities, and no path to growth. Salary levels are average to below market standards, with very minimal increases over time. The move to the new office marked a noticeable decline in the overall employee experience compared to the original location and facilities.
