      Interesting work, modern software technologies Multiple products to develop, no trivial tasks Multinational stuff, people from all over the world Good bonuses like free food in the office, medical insurance for whole family Pension plan Full immigration support for employees and family Large parking place, good access to motorway, no traffic issues

      Cons

      Office is a bit overcrowded, definitely bosses should think of expansion Situation changes rapidly and one needs to be flexible to work here and be ready to take responsibility. If you expect to do same work everyday it is not for you.

      Good company with excellent benefits you get free lunch every day, there is gym with TV, great health insurance and discounts on various restaurants and shops.

      There is no bonuses or commission.

      Opportunity to learn a lot about the financial world Smooth move to a completely new country. I was made welcome and cared for. HR department really helps you settle in during the first few weeks. Amazing diverse group of people with whom I made a lot of friends. Medical coverage Free lunch

      Lack of a bonus system Sometimes there’s too much work and not enough time to get it done.

      Good name Gym Free lunch Good product. Salaries above average.

      Cons

      Nepotism. No career advancement programs. No training given. Executive management are soulless. They create a culture of fear. End of month firings. You are replaceable, never forget it. No bonus structure.

      2023 Annual Performance Evaluation

      Free Food, Snacks & Drinks provided Gym Stable Work Environment

      Cons

      Around the end of 2023, Head of HR sent a message in the company slack group, saying that the 2023 Annual Performance Evaluation would be moved/postponed to end of Q1, meaning that any possibility of bonus or salary raise is also moved. We are now almost at the end of Q2 and no mention of it happening any time soon.

      The food and some very nice employees

      Cons

      Toxicity all over from the unpredictable C level and management. Incompetent and pretentious HR, veery toxic as well who pactice, encourage and cover toxic managers. Not nice offices, smell of sewage every day, sometimes it leaks on the road too. No free speech. You say your opinion, you are out same day, or the next. No bonuses, if you are lucky you get half or 1 salary.
