Pros

The benefit of free Health Cover

Cons

Sadly I could not recommend this company. I worked there for 5 years and in that time there has been a lot of bullying, from HR and condoned by the senior HR members. This has had a knock on effect with other members of staff as HR have abused their position to smear peoples reputation. If you require help I personally would not advise you to reach out to them as you will end up in a worse place for it. There is a high turnover of HR staff, the professional members have moved on. The CEO is a lovely hard working man and I’m sure would be very disappointed to realise how bad some people are being treated.

Pros

The company is successful and making money though sometimes you wonder how they manage it given the way work is done sometimes. There are some lovely people, they know how to find really nice and capable people, though they don't really know how to treat them.

Cons

It's like there's two companies, there's the vision of this modern, exciting company where people come first and innovation is at the core of the company (i.e the marketing) and then there's the real company: Long Probation period - nine months is a long time to be on probation, especially for non-graduates, it's not really a fair way to treat grown-ups Training - there is very little training opportunities, they don't mind you asking for training but you seldom get it. The only training you typically get is the inital excruciating training in the Fineos product. Career advancement - Fineos is a closed shop for most employees when it comes to promotion, it's not based on merit but on who you know, if you don't like politics and want to progress in your career then this is not the really the place for you. Innovation - technical progress happens at a snails pace, any type of change is resisted. People Skills - people management is definitely a top-down approach, and it can sometimes be more like survival of the fittest, no-one takes responsibility for problems or mistakes, instead they find someone to blame and it's better that it's not you! There is a lot of staff turnover and they're so scared of it that they try to keep the fact that people are leaving a secret from staff.

Pros

Easy work, high referral bonuses, hires with no experience, doesn't check fake experiences.

Cons

Zero benefits, fake glassdoor reviews to boost score, excessive politics, coworkers with zero tech background, privacy/gdpr surveillance abusive culture, low quality product, no training, no documentation, xenofobic environment, shell corporation, low salary, toxic management, 90's bureaucracy culture to slowdown things and justify recruitment culture
